No service whatsoever!!

I recently called the call centre which is a joke. I had to hold for 40mins on my cell, when I finally got through to the correct department, I was cut off. I had to ring back and was put on hold again for another 10mins or so before I was assisted with my problem. My USB modem just gave up on life. Due to the modem not working, I was trying to find out if there was an account problem which there wasn't. I was instructed to take the modem to one of the stores to have it checked, the technical department said the software had to be upgraded. I went to Fourways. The assistant there said they cannot help me, they cant do the software upgrade there. I assured her that I was told by the call centre that it could be done in the shop. One of the other assistants said they could do it there but it turned out that their laptop wasn't working. This took 1 hour to establish. I was then told they could take the modem in for repairs, it would take a couple of weeks! I was so frustrated by this time I couldn't tell you exactly how many weeks but too long without one!!! Out of sheer frustration I finally took out another contract to get a modem!!! Shocking service!
