Using BIS but airtime gone!!!

Yesterday I was busy on the Internet then got a message that told me I must reload airtime and I was shocked why should I reload airtime when I'm using BIS then I checked my balance it was 0.00 realised that more than R50 rands of airtime is gone, this is really unacceptable!! I called the call centre the lady at first didn't even want me to transfer to the technical team saying she has logged the call I have to "wait 24hrs" I fought with her then was transferred to technical the guy checked and we went through the steps everything on my side was ok then he checked on his side I don't know what he did but was able to receive data immediately after that then I told him that I still need my airtime back as this is not my problem he told me have to wait 24hrs for the investigation, just called the call centre now as no one has contacted me and the guy is telling me to wait telling me all the technical things I don't want to hear that blackberry is from RIM I didn't buy my BIS at RIM I bought it at CEELL C, this is not acceptable I want my airtime back, please!!!
