I upgraded up contract on the 31/07/2012 and thereafter i have been billed incorrectly whereby the BIS was to be free as part of the contract but they billed, since 10/092012 i have been going back and forth with Hellen and Andrew and no one responses to my emails. When i got a response it was refund done however i do not see any proof of refund, so that i start my follow up process via emails again. I get an email on the 15/01 saying will give a call now... to who me, the accounts department, the president come on... I am having hassles with my current phone where it keeps saying media card disabled and the battery gets very hot... should i go to Cresta to query or repair this? and as usual they will not have loan phones. Lets hope i get a reply soon.
