Worst Service EVER!!!

I had my phone . needed to stop the service but found that their Emergency afterhour number has a voicemail box that means nothing as I still had an active line come next morning. then I needed to proceed to do the SIM swop and ITC on the hand set which till now I can't do cause they just decide what phone they would like active on a contract as they see fit. with The SIM I had to go into the store with my ID that was also so I was denied service on the Avodavit from the SAPS as well as with a official Temporary ID as provided by home affairs. I was told it's policy but sure as they took my money and kept phoning me for more lines and more services to get more money out of me. when I needed them they did nothing and went out of their way to make life even more difficult. So I then want to terminate the contract just to be told that I should pay them over R4000 rand just to have the contract terminated. then the on the phone told me I can have a note made on my account to ndicate the intention not to renew at the end of term... and guess yes I was passed to antoher department that still didnt do it. I am denied an senior person to speak with. BAD BAD sevice!!
