Contract Renewal - 6 weeks ago - still no phone

I renewed 2 contracts that i have with Altech Autopage in February - (18th). Both Contracts - we chose HTC phones. I received the one phone about 2 days later. Great service.
The other contract - I am still waiting for the HTC phone to be delivered.
i am a very patient person and only phoned once a week for an update on the delivery date. Here are the different versions/excuses/reasons I received.
week 1. Phone has been invoiced out and will be delivered in the next 2 days.
week 2. Having issues with the stores - phone is in stock and escalating for it to be invoiced out. Will receive by the end of the week.
week 3. Still having issues with the stores. Will phone you back in 5 minutes when it has been invoiced. I am still waiting for that phone call.
week 4. Very bad issues with our Stores and waiting on stock... but wait we have 2 of a different Model - will get one invoiced to you - you will have it by Friday.
week 5. We don't have any stock. Oh wait - all of a sudden there are 42 phones in stock - we will deliver by Friday.
week 6. We don't have any stock of any HTC phone. Will phone you back. I know i will not receive a call.
