Still waiting for a new phone delivery!!!

I phoned Autopage cellular in March this year to ask if I qualify for a new cellphone contract since my phone is broken and my 24 month contract only expires in July. I spoke to one of their consultants who was very helpful told me I do qualify, I wanted a white blackberry phone she then told me that MTN doesn`t have white blackberry phones in stock and I have to wait for atleast 3 weeks to get a white blackberry. Little did I know that Autopages` 3 weeks is actually years!!! I have not received a new phone till this day, I phoned their call centre again just after the easter weekend I was then told that my phone is with the courier company and will be delivered to me in a couple of days. And worst of all I received a call from a guy named Eric who is from their courier company asking me if the phoned was delivered to me and that was in April... Who is Eric, Autopage? Where did he get my cellphone number from?? What is happening here??? Will I or will I not get a new phone from Autopage? I went to Autopage website a week ago to complain about the same thing but I have not received any response from them this is most PATHETIC service ever!!! TERRIBLE!!! SUCH INCOMPETENCE I have never seen!
