Over 2 Months - STILL NOBODY CARES

My two previous complaints are still pending!!! Nobody is coming back to me and nobody seems to care. I received a call at least from Funiwe on 3rd May 2013 who was enquiring whether I have received a call from Westgate as my phone was returned on the 24 April. I had not received a call from anybody. She was going to follow up with the branch and come back to me immediately. I'm still waiting. I am absolutely shocked by this ongoing don't care attitude!!! I did try to phone Westgate this morning but there is no answer, I will understand if their phones are out of order but even no response on the cell number. Is this the way business is being done these days? Ignore the people with complaints and hope they give up and go away??? I'm speechless!!!
