Autopage's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! My company has at least 6 contracts with Autopage so I spend a good part of my time constantly yelling at Autopage because they are beyond useless! Your staff don't have a clue what is going on and thus cant advise accordingly! I have sent my phone back twice now because it is faulty and each time I've been told it would take a week (ja right!) I am now left (AGAIN) without a phone that I had to wait 2 weeks for after I upgraded coz there was no stock; had it for a week, sent it back, spent 2 weeks waiting for the replacement phone; had that for about 3 weeks and sent that back too! Autopage have been sitting on my faulty phone for a week now but have not even entered it back into stock yet let alone credited my account so they can send me my replacement phone and no one knows when that'll actually happen! USELESS! As soon as our contract expire I am porting every single contract out and will recommend the same for all my family and friends!!
