My account has been upgraded on 25 July 2013 but until today I am still waiting for the new handset to be delivered. I have followed up numerous times just to get the empty promise that it will be delivered next week. I do not wish to continue with this contract with Autopage any longer and want to port my number to Vodacom. Please confirm that Autopage will reverse the additional costs regarding the upgrade and that there will be no penalty fees when porting to Vodacom.
