Upgraded on 15 April'13 still no phone delivered

After doing an upgrade via the Autopage website on the 15th April 2013 I have still not received my new handset. Initially, after phoning them, I was informed that it was a problem on their side as they have moved their warehouse and are experiencing problems with their invoicing. I was however promised that it would be delivered before April 23rd. Now after numerous phone calls and even more excuses the blame seems to have shifted to the courier company because the latest is that it has finally been invoiced and sent to the courier. For the past two weeks the delivery was supposed to have taken place before "Friday". In the meanwhile "Friday" has come and gone three times and still no sign of any delivery taking place. Please can someone who is in some way shape or form competent, resolve this simple issue?
