My father passed away in February. At the end of Feb we transferred the line and services to my Mother's name at the Telkom shop. Since then we have been receiving invoices on both account numbers, Telkom is still trying to decuct debit orders against my fathers name, but his account were frozen. So Telkom is charging R160 to the account each time for a failed debit order. R320 wasted up to now. I have called Telkom Accounts department numerous times, no one knows what to do. I sent an email to [Email Removed] but also no help/response. All I want to do is settle and close the account. Is there somewhere in Telkom a person who could help me to do that? I also want you to refund the account with the R320!
