No response from Telkom to close account

Hi

My mother passed away a while ago and as executer I am trying to close her account with Telkom.

I spoke to the call centre who advised that I should send certain documents to: [Email Removed] This was done a week ago and despite follow up emails and I have not received any response.

Please can someone contact me to resolve this matter urgently.
