Very Very Very Very Very Very Bad Service

I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of service i received from Neotel. On Tuesday last week i purchased a recharge voucher for my Neotel line. I tried several times to load the voucher credit but i kept getting a technical error. After so many attempts and holding the line for over an hour, i finally spoke to a consultant who advised me that the systems across the entire network countrywide were down hence the problem but he promised that i'd be able to recharge the next day. Today it's been a week of trying and nothing still, and everytime i call in, i'm pushed from pillar to post coz of their poor query resolution system where each person i spoke to didnt seem to know how to address the issue. Twice, i was told they'd loaded the voucher from their side and should just drop the line and check. And then on several occasions i was told they'd escalated the matter to the network technicians and then the other two agents said the matter had gone to finance and billing respectively. On all those occasions i was told the matter will be resolved within their so called '24 hour turnaround time' and 1 week later nothing's been done and no one has contacted me for an update as i was promised
