Telkom keeps billing me despite numerous requests

I have been trying since December to close my telkom account. I have received a reference Number as well as the person I spoke to assured me that my account would be close wef 1 Jan. I have paid my account up to date but will NOT pay for Jan and Feb, as they did not close my account. I have submitted 5 queries, and 1 escalation but am getting no joy. They are charging me interest on overdue accounts, and am getting no where. Am at my wits end with Telkom. Their service is shocking but it is affecting my credit rating. No one comes back to me, and on the website, it does not generate a reference number. TELKOM IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING. i have no numbers to call as I am now in JHB, and cannot call the 10210 number from here as it does not go through.
