Bad Service - Cell Phone Replacement

I reported my cellphone on the 15.01.14 to Amalia at CNA. My claim was approved on 17.01.14 On the 18.01.14 I spoke to Amalia again. She mentioned that they were out of stock of the make and model. (Samsung Trend). I was informed that new stock would arrive this week (20.01.14 to 24.01.14) I called them on the 22 to enquire whether they received any stock. They said the stock has not arrived. I called them later that day again to enquire whether they could contact their other branches for the product item and they mentioned that the product would be delivered this morning (23.01.2014).

To my disappointment when I contacted them this morning 23.01.14 I was informed that there was no stock at the any of the other branches.

it is my concern that they continued to raise my expectations of a receipt of a cellphone only to be disappointed. it is difficult to understand that none of the branches in SA do not have the stock. the impression created by CNA is an unwillingness to assist me in my dillemma.
