Lack of SERVICE!!!

About three weeks ago i made a online application for a new contract. On May 12, a sunday, a call centre agent, Lerato, phoned me to go through the tel-application which was APPROVED. I phoned them on the Wed, 15 May to enquire about the status of this order. I was told the employment confirmation wasn't done yet and will be done on the same day, Wed 15 May. I told the agent that should I not received feedback i will withdraw my application and will go to another service provider where i get service. I phoned them again on Mon 20 May and this still wasn't done. Apparently they could not get through to my company. The Manager that i spoke to after I complained about the POOR service, informed me that he will give me feedback before 11am. I again phoned them today, 21 May and i was informed that my application was declined --- NO EXPLANATION COULD BE GIVEN. (Was the application declined due to the fact that i complained?? Nobody will know... After the application was approved, NOW its declined???

As part of the Vodafone Group i would have expected ABOVE average service. It is unbelievable!! How many others like me are there out there.
