1 Month & Still waiting on Account Application

Last month, i went to Cavendish FnB to make a credit card application. The consultant promised to call me once processing is done (be it approved or declined). Today date i have no feedback on my application. I did go back to the branch and was promised a call.

I have had no feedback on the status of my application. This clearly is POOR customer service. I am really annoyed with the lack of service.
