I have read some of the "reports" that your customers, like myself, had to say about your service. I have been complaining about this problem for the last 3 years. I will complain, the call centre will lodge a request to see what is going on, promise to inform me and nothing happens. It will be fine for a month or two and the problem starts all over again. I have 3 account with yourselves. Remember Vodacom when it comes to the end of the contract you will be clientless. You might be one of the biggest service providers but remember who got you there. All your clients.

And Vodacom stop sending an automatic reply. Start treating your clients with more respect and personalise your reply. It will look better and make your clients feel important.
