Pathetic Service

I would just like to express my utter disappointment with dealing with Vodacom Cresta. Their useless pathetic staff can't even get a simple port done and they and BS their clients by telling them that it will be done... Rubbish!!! Vodacom is so quick to sign you on and make empty promise after empty promise... They can take their stupid contract and shove it up their nose and blow it out their bum. I will now take my business somewhere else. They think they are the best service provider, huh! they are the biggest BS's ever. 72 hours later and still no port!!! Please!!! I guess i can't even complain because there is no service to complain about. My suggestion to vodacom is rather train your staff in customer care and not BS!!!
