Cell C
Dropped connection in Portland, M/Plain area

It's virtually impossible to browse the internet due to the signal constantly dropping in my connection. When I speak to tech support they make it seem like it's a hardware fault on my side because I'm not using a Cell C branded wireless router. I've used sim cards from other networks in my current router and never experienced this problem. They brag about their network speeds but what's the point you can access such fast speeds but you can't make use of the service? I've been told by one of the technical guys that Cell C was/is aware of the 'dead-spot' in my area, and yet they see fit to sell data contracts to clients without advising them of this potential problem. Bad service in my books. I'm actually so fed up I just feel like taking this matter further, because I'm paying for a service I can barely utilise. It is so unfair. I am very disappointed in you, Cell C.
