Terrible Reception

Cell C! I am tired of your bad reception in my area. At 1 stage you guys were good, but for the last 5 months i am getting pathetic service. My 3g data package dropped from fast speeds to dial up speeds and cannot even hold a 5min connection. Thankfully that contract ended and i have signed up with another provider. (Sadly cos i had been with Cell C Data for 2yrs in a row).

My cell phone reception is also bad, ppl cannot hear half the things i say and the call drops automatically in under 2min. I have 2 Cell C contracts, -1 more year on both and im really concerned about this.

I called the call centre and reported this, they said a technician will come out to visit me and sort this out, this was 3 months ago and still no correspondence has been received!!!

I am from Phoenix and all my friends and family in Woodview, Mt Edgecombe and near by are COMPLAINING! So please dont reply saying its isolated as its clearly a network issue in the area.

Sort it out asap as you are loosing alot of faithful customers!
