I've done an upgrade on the 14th May 2013 at the Vodacom Heidelberg Sub dealer SP in the Victorian Centre. I've received a Blackberry Q10 on a new Vodacom package Smart XL @ R659 p/m. I asked if the consultant at the Vodacom Heidelberg Main dealer SP can transfer the information/data from my old Blackberry 8520 to the Blackberry Q10 which they replied that it is not possible, because of the age of my old device the Blakberry 8520. I thought it was unacceptable and took the phone back to the Vodacom Heidelberg Sub dealer SP.
I explained why I was unhappy and refused to work with the Blackberry Q10 without my previous information/data. The Vodacom Heidelberg Sub dealer SP suggested that they will do an OBF. Of my knowledge and information, can a OBF not be done, but a CPA (Customer Consumer Act) return... I also asked that the upgrade had to be cancelled, because I was unhappy about the whole matter.
My problem and frustration with all of the above is as follows:
1) My account is a total mess this month, because of the Manager's/Owners lack of interest and knowledge
