Upon upgrading my cellular contract with Autopage again, I was given a Samsung Galaxy s3. I asked the consultant if I should get a data bundle with the contract, and he assured me that by looking at my history of usage, that I don't need it. Being used to an account of around R.600.00 per month, you can imagine the shock of getting an account of R3300.00. What's funny is, that when Autopage contacted me, and warned me of high data usage, again I asked if I should get a data bundle. Again they said no. Only then could they warn me to switch off the automatic updates. If I had known this, I would never even switch on mobile data. I feel it's Autopage's responsibility to inform, and warn their "valuable" customers of such thing. But oh I nearly forgot. If they should warn you, how are they going to make money out of unsuspecting customers? Now it's my problem, and mine alone. They won't even meet me halfway. After thirteen years, this will definitely be my last upgrade with them. Shame on you, Autopage.
