Hi I received an sms that my line has been fix, but it has not.

My problem is that I have been trying to get through to someone at Telkom to cancel my contract.

I feel that I am paying for 2mb/s but only receiving 512k/s 'n second thus being a breach of contract from Telkom.

I have PROOF that Telkom is throttling my line from 2mb/s to 500kb/s

My line is useless to me as the speeds I'm getting is so slow that I cannot do anything with my connection.

Please could someone with authority in Telkom please contact me so that we can resolve this problem.

All the persons I have spoken to has either just transferred me or cut me off.

Please contact me or I will be forced to take this to higher powers.
