ONCE AGAIN NO SERVICE - CONSTANTLY DOWN

Seems telkom can abuse their customers once again, i am paying for 4mb speed lines and due to SUPPOSED upgrades to the exchange NOT being live (even though promised 2 weeks ago this would happen) my line speeds are so bad my business is being affected. Going on to regular sites like Sars to do efiling is impossible as the line speeds are so stuffed I can't download the pdf documents I need to work off of - and of course no matter how often you call Telkom they dont give a HOOT yet this is a business LINE!!! stop stuffing around Telkom and start giving your customers what they are paying for - anyone wanting a new adsl line STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM!!!
