Does the bad service EVER end???
After being disconnected without warning, then after numerous calls and emails sending proof of payment i get re-connected only to be disconnected again bec my debit is not showing 13 days after debit and so the fight begins again, it seems only after one complains here something happens but without notification.

Now for the latest complaint - I have received my latest statement and reflecting on there is my already debited amount as showing Overdue and added onto my latest bill to be paid 25.05.2013. I immediately emailed your accounts back office and benoni collections, emails have been read by both departments but no feedback as yet or rectification statement sent.
I would like this rectified before your payment office starts it's next payment run as I am not prepared to lose almost R900.00 which if the current service is anything to go by I will NEVA get back.
Please do Not apologise for any inconvenience casued or feedback will be given, bec you are still charging me a full months service when i was disconnected for more than 2 weeks and feedback is NON caused. PLS RECTIFY ASAP
