My debit order went off my account as usual in fact earlier on the 13th of september because the 15th was a sunday.telkom received my payment but they still disconnected my mobile when I use that for my business.how can there be an error and my payment cannot be traced when the funds are no longer in my account.why should I have to submit proof of payment? even after faxing through my bank statement my mobile is not connected as yet. I'm really off
