Hi There,

This matter has been going on now for 2 months. Started on the 5th of May 2013 where a debit order got returned due to insufficient funds in my account.. This was rectified within a week where I paid the amount manually.

When it came to the month of June 2013 the debit didn't go off yet again, this time not due to insufficient funds but due to neglect. No notification to let me know that the payment didn't go off thus being disconnected for non-payment. I paid immediately and it took 1 week to get my account back online again. 8ta disconnected me a 2nd time during June 2013 and when I called they couldn't even give me a reason why. Took me another week to resolve this dispute to get reconnected. So out of 4 weeks of internet, I only had 2 weeks.

Now in July 2013, I got a sms confirmation in June to say that on the 1st of July 2013 my debit order will go off my account. Nothing went off my account as of yet. I refuse to make more manual payments and the call center refuse to give me head office number.

This is going to lead to me being disconnected again and no one being able to help me or give me any sort of resolve. If any one wants to deal with 8ta - PLEASE DON'T
