Billing nightmare!!

Let me first start of by saying this is not my first complaint against Cell C, firstly my wife received this huge amount on her bill this month as a regard of data usage. So my complaint was, why did Cell C not send her a warning message or inform that her data was depleted in the month. Like other service providers you at least receive a warning message that your data has been used, but nothing from Cell C. Secondly I was wondering why on earth we do not receive any statements from Cell C. So we went onto the website and logged on and there we found that the statements are being mailed to us, but the email on the system is like more than 5 years ago. That mail address does not even exist anymore. My wife has upgraded (I think twice) already and supplied an updated email but the system obviously does not update the information. So can Cell C please fix the email and respond to why no warning message was send.
So thanks to Cell C, we have to pay a huge bill in December. Nice going...
Last I would like to know what we have to do to get this contract paid up.
