I am absolutely FUMING right now!

My device (BB Bold 9900) had a battery fault from the onset (received the parcel 26/27 March), I took it in for repairs (16 April) and two weeks later (29 April) I received a "new" one, the so-called "new" device had a 2012 picture and sms on it!! and also seemed to have the same battery issue as the original device so i sent it back again on the 30 April.

Throughout the time i called Customer Care to query about the status of the device, today I'm told that the phone was only sent to repairs on the 9 May - 9 days from the date i submitted it to the branch?!! I called CC and spoke to a consultant named Oliver who said (while i was on the line) he sent an email to the repairs Dept. asking them to "priorities" my query as it was a new device.

I am absolutely furious at the service level I've received thus far from Nashua Mobile and the turn around time for new devices, I REGRET even taken out the contract with NS because it has been nothing but sore thorn in my life.

I will be taking the matter further should i not get a favorable response from management.

Extremely unhappy customer.
