I am trying to do an upgrade, but the menus don't work. I dial 111 and get transferred. i listen to stupid music blasting my ears to kingdom come, Finally somebody answers. Oops, wrong department. I get transferred. Music. Finally somebody answers. Olops, wrong department.

You can't run a business like this, unless the market is tied in, then you can do what you like. Teach your people to say: "sorry, can we phone you back! "
