I doubt that the employees at Standard bank really know what they are doing. I have been trying to sort out my account since last month. This bank is very dodgy. I was first told by one of their employees that they are going to speak to the manager about my complaint and come back to me. Weeks passed by, I then called again and was told that the previous employee was wrong. She was supposed to transfer me to the complains department. The lady transferred as she could not explain or give answers. She told me that she does not know what was happening. I held for the complains department for 10 min and then spoke to Nonhlanhhla Tshabalala who told me that she just took the call to load the complain, she cannot give any feedback or answer my question. The ref no is 34029573M she could not even tell me when would aomeone get back to me. I have been waiting for that call since the 15thM what is the use of having a complains department when we end up complaining about them for not keeping their promises. How does your system work? Are the employees trained or can they just say whatever they feel like saying just to get the clients off the line? This is a joke. CAN SOMEONE PLS DO THEIR JOB
