Bad Telephone assistance

I am so sick of phoning auto page and not being able to get any help for my query. I have been phoning and asking for some person to please help me with my so music vouchers, and i am either being cut ot of transferred and not be answered. All I want is someone to give me my outstanding so music voucher numbers to that I can claim them.

My cell number is suppose to be confidential as is my id number, but every time i ask for something i have to give it to every different department but never get helped. This makes me wonder how many times my number is being given to people without my knowledge.
