I have been trying to place a claim with my home-owner's insurance for 3 weeks!! After countless phone calls and emails and NO feedback for 3 weeks, I decided to phone once again this morning to try and get feedback. I was placed on hold for 10mins before someone answered, I then explained the issue and was transferred to another department. On hold for another 15 mins to find out I have been transfered once again to the new claims department and I need to be transferred to another department. After 20 mins I get through to... wait for it... "the wrong department". The service is terrible and I still have no answers with regards to my inquiries!!
