Last chance for Cell C to sort problems

Despite three months (basically since I signed the Cell C contract) of continuous complaining and endless people at Cell C telling me that the situation was being looked into and then never contacting me again, I have now reached the end of my tether. I have been keeping copious blow-by-blow notes of the connection (or rather, non-connection problems) I have been experiencing for all of this time and nobody appears to be reading them at all.
Last weekend, after a call from a person who refused to give me her email address, thing appeared to have improved, as, despite some initial problems, I was eventually actually able to connect to the internet and stay connected!!!.. things this last weekend have deteriorated to worse than I have EVER experienced.
I wouldn't even mind as much if a staff member bothered to make suggestions as to what I could try... eg. change settings etc... but just nothing!!
If someone from CellC does not call to arrange to visit my premises and sort these problems out for once and for all I will have to alternative but to approach the Consumer Commission for assistance; either way I will be asking for a refund on my last three month's payments.
