Tearing my hair out again

For 8 or 9 months I struggled with endless connection problems... was told repeatedly that they were upgrading the system and that by the end of August things would all be sorted. Things then eventually did improve... I had a signal and I was able to connect to the internet and actually stay on there!!!.. But then, two weeks ago, all the problems started again. I made a complaint on their website two days ago... I keep losing signal; when I do connect, I am disconnected the minute I start to browse, I re-connect and it disconnects me almost immediately, continuously!!! Nobody offers a refund for all the hours and hours I have spent trying to do my work on the net either... that is just never mentioned. Right now, I just can't get access to the net again at all without being disconnected... not even sure I am going to get to this site to make yet another (6th or 7th I think) report!!!
