4th Attemp to get my myriad problems sorted!

This is now my fourth desperate attempt to get some sort of service from Cell C... all in vain; in fact, after trying for over 2.5 hours to connect to the internet yesterday on their modem completely unsuccessfully, I have had to do so from my PC at work instead... just to make this complaint.
Nobody takes any notice of the copious minute-by-minute notes I have been taking of the endless (and varied) problems I experience EVERY time I try to connect to the internet. When a person does phone me they (a) invariably phone me at the office where I can't go into the endless details they seem to want (which is unnecessary if they just read my notes!!) and (b) ask me to complete yet another of their forms... but I have asked repeatedly for my notes to be read and for someone to visit my home premises where I am actually experiencing the problems.
Even the threat I made in my last complain to take this to the Consumer Commission seems to have been a waste of time... in fact my connection problems have got considerably worse than they have been since I signed the Cell C contract some three months ago. I'm getting every error message in the book!
