Live in Rural area, y MTN bills, get no service

I live a rural area where MTN is our service provider, our average up and download speed is 0.06 at best. I have made complaints to mtn customer care about 20 times during the year, where they pass me from one personan and number to the other. I have called the agents in Vryburg, visited them, where they take my details every time and promise to get back to me. Nothing, its like they say to you, go yourself. I pay my bill each month and cant show nothing for it. ired of their, they are my money, thats all it is!!!
