Cannot continue to pay for NO service

I have been complaining for 2 years now about the reception in my area! I do not live in some rural area so there should be no reason why I cannot get a proper reception and it has now become ridiculous as I need this service for business!!!
How long can a department take to resolve this matter to give us the service that we pay for? I am disconnected more often than connected even when my connection status show Very good and I have 3 bars showing. The upload and download status fluctuates so badly that I'm constantly disconnected.

Get your act together or everyone will move to other services!
