ZERO RECEPTION on 3G intermittent or zero on phone

This is the 2nd time in almost two years that I have complained about no 3G where a I live. I got an SMS saying that the tower in the area was being upgraded and since then it has got WORSE. I run a business from home and have to answer voice mails (that's if my clients even bother to leave one and go to another supplier)
I find it incredible that who used to be considered the best network is now one of the worst. I cancelled my 3G contract because I had no 3G now I have no reception or at best erratic reception which is unacceptable. I don't live out in the rural areas I live in one of the biggest Industrial Cities in South Africa!!!
I have to use Cell C for my 3G data or 8ta which is equally as good and have to carry another phone with a Cell C pay as you go card for emergencies. Its a JOKE.
How sorry I am that I renewed my contract out of blind faith. But I will terminate all my other contracts as they expire and move to a provider who can give me coverage. This has been diaraised and will happen. I live in Lennox Street Albemarle Germiston.
