As a potential new customer, I experienced absolutely appalling service from the consultants and the Virgin Mobile head office, as we waited over an hour and a half, just to be told that my mothers credit record was to "perfect" and a manual check on her records needed to be done before they could approve a new phone. The person in charge of proving feedback to the consultants at had absolutely no sense of urgency in contacting them back as it took him almost 45 minutes to respond. Surely the consultant knows that if the finance is not approved the first time a manual check is needed to provide clarification, he could of told us that would be the case and spared us time, instead he chose to give us the run around. It seems no one at the branch or even at head office knows what's going on anywhere and the consultants don't seem to care either when a customer is experiencing displeasure as the only comforting words they said was "if I were you I would wait" a potential customer should not be spoken to in this manner. No apologies were rendered as we left and as we walked out of the store the three consultants seemed to have found our displeasure entertaining as they all laughed at us
