Services Disconnected For Unaware Premuim Changed

On the 11/02/2013 i emailed a a contract bill query as my NORMAL monthly contract bill was R189.Since Sept 2012 i have been debited R248, when i singed my contract i signed for R189 for 24mnths with R100 airtime and 25 free sms. I got a response from the Webmaster advising that my query was escalated to the Billings Department as per reference number : 93569421, and they would take up to 10 working days to respond, Its now 12/05/2013 and nobody has responded and now they have DISCONNECTED my services this morning as advising me to pay R259 to reconnect my service. Sadly MTN cannot advise a customer as to why the premium has changed without NOTIFICATION via cell
