CELL C OVERCHARGING/NO RECEPTION

On the 13th of September 2013 I spoke to Nkosazana Motsamai from Cell C Billing disputes department where I was overcharged for data out of bundle. Sometimes I would be charged R1, 30/mb and others 70c/mb. She recitified this and this was her response: "Sorry for all the trouble and inconvenience." On Oct 31 I see the same thing happened and contacted her, no response. I contacted Phaliswa Nhlapo, who told me she would call me the next day after I emailed my correspondance with Nkosazana-Instead she CLOSED the call. I contacted a team leader Siyabonga from JHB.He promised feedback the next day-never called back. I managed to get hold of him and he promised to Phaliswa's manager AND rectify the problem. He has NEVER called back. On the 5th December (Case 3120503610) I spoke to a team leader who promised to get an OPS manager to contact me to rectify this, NOBODY has called. I also have NO service at my home, they sent out a technician who said I would have a new upgraded tower @ end november. When I called on the 8th, they told me he. They promised to call me back on the 9th-NOBODY HAS CALLED.Don't reply to this with 'apology for inconveniance& other nonsense'SORT IT OUT. I WANT OUT!!
