I opted to port my prepaid number for a new contract with Cell C for the new BB Z10 on Friday 01032013. I was promised my phone by Tuesday 05032013, this message means i have no received it. Ive tried calling 140 and 145 numbers, and the 145 number reroutes me back to the home selection continuesly, the 140 number, i stayed on the line for over 25 minutes and no answer. Ive even sent an email to the customer service, and no response. Ive also tried the "Write to us" function on the website and no response, not even a we'll contact you soon. Absolutely terrible service from Cell C. Today is 06032013, and not a peep from Cell C as yet.
