A Big Big Thank you

I wanted to take out a iPhone5 32gig, but unfortunately there is still something on my name, Queen kept on pushing for me to find out what was needed to get it sorted. Within a day she helped me find out what the problem was and all it was was a document that Cell C needed. Which neither ABSA or RL Daly could tell me as they only pass the buck the whole time.
