Unfair penalty fee and bad business deal

I a disability pensioner 55yrs never had debit orders returned as unpaid in all life. I did not get salary for 2mnths because report to insurer said that i was non existent. All debit orders returned as a result of this.marked as insuf funds. Including Vodacom internet service 3g for 1mnth. 30/04/2013 tried to log in.failed.contacted Vodacom. Told that debit order was not honoured.immediately eft R149 to V'com. Reconnected after 1.5 days. Next month V'com billed again. Successful. I had funds. Rudely shocked. Instead of R149 going off R249 was taken. Called 082 1905.Extra R100 charged for as penalty. Was not able to be helped by a couple of agents. Spoke to team supervisor Mr Sifiso Tshabalala. Told me about terms/conditions I signed &R100 ; penalty. Debated. Rechecked t/c. Nowhere printed that R100 charged as penalty. He said he'll check witha/c dept. Still waiting 4 his call. Note I paid penalty with bank as well. Secondly I find that inorder for me to use my balnce of data 4 May I must utilise all of June data then only can i use the balance of may data. This means that I will not have any data 4 June.period. I be billed extra for any other data I use. This is daylight. Please have mercy-unfai
