8ta not honest about their billing

So i took out a contract with 8ta on the 28 april 2013 only to find out that they are billing me for the month of april, i called into the call centre and i was told that it doesnt matter if i only hve the phone for 2 days i still get billed the full amount. If this was told to me at the store i would of waited
