I recently got a contract phone from 8ta / Telkom Mobile in Menlyn.

My problems started when I went to the store to find out how I will be billed as it was the 1st of the next month and I had already received the new minutes, data, etc.

To my knowledge, because I started the contract almost mid month, the woman who processed everything said for the month the bill with be pro rated.

On arrival at the store to find out how this is going to be done the ladies that work there were rude and just told me to call the call centre if i have a problem and that i will get a bill for April and May at the end of May.

The very same people who went through the process with me went back on what they said to me a couple of weeks back.

All I want is my bill for April so I can pay for it and rest at ease because if I don't pay, the people from that very same company are going to be breathing down my neck when it suits them.

Can someone please just send me my bill?!?!?!?!?!
