BIS DEACTIVATION AFTER 2HRS!

Im rilly disappointed wth the cell c service. I topped up ma cell c acount wth r57 2 hrz ago and now, at 3am on a sunday, i get a message that my BIS has been deactivated..!!! so im supposed to wait till Monday for u to sort out this problem? i need this matter resolved as soon as possible.
