Telkom Mobile Made A Mistake and are making me pay

I got a cellphone contract from Telkom Mobile on the 29th of April 2013 for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Smart Plan 100 contract. As someone who ensures they budget foe the month, I called them a few weeks later to confirm the amount in which i am going to be paying at the end of May. I called 3 times in one day, with 3 different people and they all told me a specific number, which was different and less than from the one I know to be supposed to be paying at the end of the month. The first consultant who told me that number, I couldnt really understand and was not so sure she is telling the right one. I then called again a different consultant and I was told the same figure. I called the 3rd time and asked them to be sure ans asked if it shows which phone I have and she told me to hold on, looked for it and found it and said yes it does show that you have a Samsung Salaxy S4 and it shows that you do not pay the add on device fee, i asked if she is sure and she said yes that is what it says. After they billed me, they had charged me for Sim and Connection, which is free for that deal, and yes as they said they did not charge me for the device. Then when i called on the 3rd of June...
